Can't PM? Just ends up in Outbox?

I'm trying to contact lsclub, but every time I submit a PM to him, it just sits in my outbox. Never ends up in the Sent folder. I'm probably doing something stupid, but...

...any clues?

I beleive that it remains in the out box until the intended reader opens it, and then it shows in your sent folder.

That is correct. Until it is opened by the recipient, it stays in the outbox.
