Guys, I miss the salt- and fat-free steamed vegetables and tofu in your daily diet
Nothing is better than an unexpected discovery that brings you happiness!
Re: What's for supper?
We got lots of spinach and lettuce but no one wants to see pics of that. Tofu will never ever touch my lips. I'm trying to grow some broccoli and cauliflower for the first time but it's not going good so far.Raja_Kentut wrote: ↑Mon Mar 18, 2024 5:03 pm Guys, I miss the salt- and fat-free steamed vegetables and tofu in your daily diet![]()

Cruciferous vegetables are heavy feeders and thrive with Fertilizer every 2 weeks.cbass wrote: ↑Mon Mar 18, 2024 9:19 pmWe got lots of spinach and lettuce but no one wants to see pics of that. Haven't been taking pics lately but here's one from a couple days ago.
Filet smoked at 220°F to 128° internal. Seared in pan, removed, added Shallots, mushtooms, green, peppercorns, mushrooms, cream, brandy, reduced, plated with garlic mashed.

Re: What's for supper?
Have you guys seen a You Tube channel called tasting History. It looks quite interesting and is different from anything you would get in a restaurant.

Smoked pork loin and salad. The pork was so good i inhaled most of it before a pic came to mind.
