Hell, waterboard him (since that is OK now...)
Actually, you're right Structo. I'm fine with it. These cowards rely on the indulgence and softness of society. These people crossed the line. You don't reason with or appease them. Just carve out the cancer.

Like TM said, don't send a nun to do a whore's job. Sometimes I'd like to be that whore. I don't think I'd lose a bit of sleep over it. Maybe I missed my calling.

Hell, waterboard him (since that is OK now...) and get the info we need and then tie him to a stake, make a bomb with nails and shit in it, set it off about 25 feet from him and let him bleed out.

Or just give each of the victims a baseball bat and let'em go at him, but not too quickly.

+1

Add some ball-bearings and screws to the water ..... and add a few spikes to the baseball bat. Tenderize and simmer on a rotisserie over low heat for 72 hours. Serve cold ..... to swine.

I hope they catch #2 alive and get some information, although I am pretty sure he is a walking corpse. I am guessing he doesn't have the guts to stay alive. The good thing is the police have plenty of ammo for him. :P

It blows my mind they can't catch this 19 year old with the entire city shut down and over 1000 police officers. I just hope he doesn't kill anyone else

Crossmatch him and donate every organ.

Farm him for blood and skin grafts.

Make something useful from garbage.

Going for 3:15 EDT and younger brother has "gone to ground", given' em the slip so far so ... bad.

Hoping for a live catch. Would be good to find out what else he's been up to.

Older brother apparently had an explosive vest besides more bombs n grenades. Hospital reports burn wounds on chest besides bullet holes. Guess the vest was a dud. Besides, younger brother reportedly ran him over when he drove away from the shoot-out.

And their uncle - he's mad as hell. At them.

First, they'll need a shrink. I recommend Hannibal Lecter.

Open a can of fava beans & uncork the chianti.

Hearing what his mom, auntie & uncles have to say, let them deliver a stern lecture. One at a time of course. That oughta get him talking...

These kids had the best of everything. Drove Mercedes, etc etc. (Not just the stolen one.) Luxury life 1000x better than if they grew up in Chechnya. Shame on them.

There's also that "person of interest" who blew out of town by train. Let's see what he has to say too. Might shed some light on the subject.

Yes, glad they caught Dzhokhar (19 yr old)

Part one is over.
I was a bit disturbed that the FBI had gotten a warning from another country (Russia?) concerning Tamerlan Tsarnaev.
Apparently they investigated him in 2011 and didn't find anything worrisome.
We'll see how they spin that one.

I heard the US attorney say that he can fall under the "Public Safety Exception" to Miranda rights and not be subject to all if any civil rights.

In other words, he doesn't have to be Mirandized, and more enhanced interrogation techniques can be used.

The problem now is, will he be declared an enemy combatant or a domestic terrorist, since he is a naturalized citizen.
If the latter he could be sent to Guantanamo.

I hope we don't have to wait five years for a trial or have him cop a plea deal.

FBI gets zillions of these, just mix one bored tired agent and one would-be ter'ist who's able to keep his cool and nothing happens. Perhaps Tam figured he could get away with more, now that he "passed the test." Common attitude for the young and the spoiled. (How many banksters with similar attitudes.)

Whatever happens next I think Dzhoky's going to wind up in a nice comfy single suite at SuperMax. For the rest of his life.

Yes, I'm sure that there will be hearings held as to what the FBI knew and how thoroughly they investigated Tamerlan.

I wonder where the NSA was on this?

When they found Dzhokhar hiding in the boat, I couldn't believe the gun fire that erupted, massive barrage.
I figured he was dead after that.

Hopefully they will get a lot of intelligence from his interrogations.
