Not to spoil the fun, but seriously...All these deceptions and tricks are really just a minor nuisance for someone with real reverse engineering skills. However, these guys don't care about regurgitated circuits from electronic middle ages.
Google "dummy electronic components" and get really serious about confusing the enemy. :P

Non conductive lead can also be used to send 120V direct to input jack.

Don't be too obvious about it, run it indirectly.

Make sure to publish gut shots.

If using off the shelf iron, print new labels of other model numbers.

Run bundles of wire in shrinkwrap. Splice the wires inside so that each wire exits a swapped color.

Good idea! To take it further: every time a wire runs underneath something (the board etc.), it should come out a different colour. Might as well go ahead and open the transformers up and swap and splice all of those leads too.

There might be some liability concerns with this scenario.
Better to run the dummy AC lead to a grid further along the path, like a driver or PI grid.

Hide a bunch of high voltage electrolytic caps on the back side of the chassis in a little tub so that just when you think it's safe.......
Oh, wait.....been done.
Never mind.

Just wire it up like a late 70s CBS Fender - no one could reverse engineer one of the spiderweb amps.

My preference - multiple death caps!!

Hey, if I send you guys $1000 up front with my curricula vitae and a sample of my guitar playing, can I order one of your amps? I'll be glad to wait the usual 2 years for delivery.

You won't have to wait! I have a power transformer that runs the secondaries right to the chassis ready to go. A previous customer ordered it as a spare and then died tragically in a playing related incident.

You're one zero short on the down payment....and wait time is 5 years to ∞, so I heard.

I thought that was just a non-refundable deposit. I get those all the time. I have enough deposits to make a million amps by now, but the deposit business is so much more profitable!

So according to your website, if I finally get the amp, I'll enjoy the thrill of sounding as if the love child of Jimi Hendrix and Eddie Van Halen was playing SRV on Jimmy Page's Les Paul through Robben Ford's Dumble D.I.'d into David Gilmour's rig while making me look like a mid-70's Nancy Wilson?
