I kind of liked the Neutrik silent-tip-plug thing...
until the tip parted company completely after about 3 months of light home use.
Maybe it was a one-off lemon.

For cables I use Gotham, Belden or Klotz.
For around the home that Sommer tweed-weave pattern looks good.
l have a feeling in my waters that a curly lead phase is coming on.
It's been nearly thirty years since that last happened.

I have a Neutrik right angle silent plug on my main guitar cord.
I like it a lot but I have heard there are dependability issues with them.

I imagine there is a glass reed switch in it that could be easily broken if it is dropped onto a hard surface like a concrete floor.

But in my bedroom/ studio with carpeted floor I haven't had any problems.

Noone like G&H plugs. I do.Made in the US Less $ than nuetrick or switchcraft
