A roll of pervious paving material that weighs about 180lbs fell on this shoulder from maybe 12' in 2009 and it's never been great after that.

I have a friend who broke his arm while arm wrestling. It was a sickening noise. Oof. The memory is a diet. I think I may skip eating for a couple days.

Years ago my brother was playing first base in a softball league filled with semi-centurions determined to deny any aging has occured. As a lefty he was stretched all the way out to catch a hot throw from short. The ball hit the glove and flexed his bicep beyond limit, snapping rhe bicep loose from the bone with a loud crack. The runner was late, saw/heard the event, tripped over the bag and immediately threw up. They pinned it up and he's fine now, but the runner isn't the same. He quit after seeing the injury. My bro now just plays disc golf and drums.
