Re: What's Up?
Back from out of town - so pleased to see some sane chatter.
Apart from partial deafness, I think my ears are fine.
Don't think it's spreading via the internet, but you can't be too careful.
I will keep an eye on my ears though.
Just one, so the other one can watch where I'm going.
Mmmm - lubricating cheese.
And bacon !
Maybe a giraffe of wine.
Now we're talking.

I won't be needing the maple or the bread thing. I need 10lbs of that bacon and a jar of mustard.

Re: What's Up?
Recently at work some people got together to make a St Paddy's day lunch. One guy corned his own brisket, and then smoked it in a smoker. Other people brought homemade soda bread, others cabbage.
But somebody brought this brown gravy/sauce that was incredible. It was so complex and deep I figured it had to have a million ingredients in it. I ask the guy and it turns out is was equal parts brown sugar and Ballpark Yellow Mustard.

The wife and I had corned beef, cabbage and potatoes on St. Patrick's day.
We love that stuff!
No green beer though, I'm not allowed.....

I stuck to my usual RedDog beer ("The dog's red, not the beer") but the S.O. had some green bottled beer being pushed on her.Structo wrote:The wife and I had corned beef, cabbage and potatoes on St. Patrick's day.

I think it was Bud something.
I know the green froth is usually on tap but this is the first time I noticed green bottled beer.
We had fun in spite if it.
