I thought the question was if any one finger picks not who is the who's who of finger picking. :?:

The thread was originally going to be if anybody is a fan of Chet/Jerry but those aren't my only favorite guys and represent only a small portion of the great talent out there. I was hoping some of the other fingerstyle players would post clips of songs they enjoy hearing/playing as well FWIW. I'm sure we'll get into techniques sooner or later 8).

That's what I learned first. Using a pick was a major brain strain when I was 16.

To answer the question, yes, I play finger style some. It was a lot in the old days. Added flatpicking on guitar and mandolin. Now I mostly play Nashville style with pick and two fingers on a tele.
