I wanted to take a minute and thank everyone here for expanding my world musically. I'm a younger guy and didn't experience "first hand" some of the great musicians I've discovered on this forum. Before I joined, I'd never heard of Rick Vito, David Lindley, or Lowell George (to name a few). Anybody who can make me stop and say, "Ok, I need to figure out how to do THAT on the guitar" is a winner in my book and I just want to hear more of them. And their tone, that goes without saying! Well you all already know this and that's why I'm thanking you. Great forum, just great.

Oh and all of the further understanding of amplifiers and what can sound good/work is implied of course.

+1 this is a great forum with some very knowledgeable people including people that build for profit willing to share their knowledge.
