In a big city that's worth good money, of fthe top of my head I'd say $1K at the very least, perfectly working and retail. With a scaler that has a F-connector out you can play any modern source on it so it's not worthless, and of course any cheap free digital converter out there from the TV switch over a few years back will let you watch broadcast TV on it. What time is Uncle Miltie on?

Some very good info there for anyone taking on such a project. Step 1: Replace all the mojo-producing tubular caps and carbon comp resistors!

Interesting to see the modular coupling networks ("Couplates") used there, and a couple of ways to fabricate replacements. Many here will recognize those from Ampeg amps.
