Why on earth would you want to do that? The whole idea of using a screw is that it can be unscrewed! If you want it permanent, use a rivet. Neater, faster, cleaner.

Yeah, a Dremel works just fine. The cut off wheel will probably do no more than 4 screws, maybe less.

Ha! True. But in this case the screws had to be shorter because my bad design would not allow 6L6s to seat.

Opps! Sorry, I didn't realize you were showing your own work :oops: BTDT. I don't remember what I did. I think maybe I cut the screws short and put the nut on the outside. We all have to improvise from time to time.
