Hi guys

I'm working on new website http://www.turretboard.co.uk (currently under construction). It will be set to collect data reference layouts and schematic that I make myself. All plans available on my website will be free. You can keep track on the things I'm on on my Facebook page here

The purpose of my website is to collect amp layouts with matched schematic for amp technicians and amp enthusiasts. I do amp repairs myself and I know that having amp plans can speed up specific amp parts or/and blocks location, you can plan the mods easier or remove existing mods to take the amp back to stock if needed

To draw the plans I need a lot of input from the community. I'm not full time amp tech, I do repairs occasionally - that means I don't come across amps on daily basis

The input I need is pictures, or scans if only possible. Best is to take pictures as directly as possible (straight), whole board on the track side, whole board on the component side and as much detailed shots (including wiring) as possible. Please use macro function for the close ups, and take the pictures in the day light

I also need the board measurements and approximate chassis measurements to. They don't need to be exact, I can take what I need from whole chassis picture too. I just like to make my layouts with accurate parts locations (valve sockets, transformers, can caps).

Amps I'm mainly interested in are all the marshalls up to late 90's (I really need 90's Slash sig and Silver/Black Jubs as they're quite different, and I want to set some confusions straight), valve as well as solid state, Roland JCxxx, Orange up to 90's, PCB VOX's, Hiwatts, whatever you have and you think it would be great to document it, go ahead and get in touch with me

Even if you see plans on my website/facebook of the amp you have, take a time and compare your amp to them, or send me some pictures. Even the amps from the same line can have significant part differences, just like I discovered in Marshall Silver Jubilee's)

I'm a big fan of stompboxes too. I have a plan to issue a series of plans for Boss compact stompboxes, I like Ibanez/Maxon too. Mainly Japanese FX's but again - If you think something is worth documenting - go ahead and get in touch by PM, my facebook page or turretboard at gmail dot com
