Update!
I have had email contact with Matt. I suspended his account because he was deleting posts. After speaking with him via email I will not be re-enabling his account. He asked that I remove his email from TAG which I did.
Please let this be the end of this incident! PLEASE! No need to make any further comments about any of this. Lets just move on!
