Hey guys and gals,
I just found out about this site Reverb.com, for selling gear and buying. Less expensive than ebay.
Am I late to the party ? What do you guys think ?

I'm glad you've heard of them now, because its main drawback is NOT ENOUGH TRAFFIC! I have been really pleased with their responsive staff, and I have made 10 or so sales. But I made the mistake of offering some pedals with a $1 opening bid, and they sold...for $1.

Their rates are much lower than eBay. But they do not, yet, integrate with USPS or USP shipping, so that process is up to you.

I sold my Redplate Blackverb combo in about 2 weeks or less on that site.
About everyone I know locally shops there. So far I've only bought one guitar from there but look at pedals, guitars, and amps weekly.
I want a Gary Moore lemon burst Les Paul.

I hope they become a good place to buy and sell. I plan on selling years of accumulation, ha ha.
I have a couple of pedals on there now. A Destination Rotation first model and a compressor.
I did not quite understand how to operate the auction parameters, I do like their price guide feature.

Please remember that you are morally obligated to offer anything of value here, first, at extremely generous prices.billyz wrote:I hope to sell some parts and transformers.

And a few NEW Mercury Trannys to members as well. MM lets me drop ship and I can give a pretty hefty discount to members.
