My mop sauce is apple cider vinegar with onions, jalapenos and crushed red pepper:

Pork tenderloin on hibachi over charcoal. Small bottle of mustard and half a bottle of white vinegar with salt and pepper. Run it in a blender with a spoonful of oil so it emulsifies. Takes about 1hr15m at the perfect temp for a perfect tenderloin. Start brushing on wash about 45 minutes in. Yum.

Go to Sconyer's BBQ in Augusta. Worth the 4 hours of driving for me. :)

Neighbors go crazy over my Memphis-style dry ribs. No damn sauce. Crispy outside, melt in you mouth inside. And yes every cross country drive includes a visit to places in Memphis, including the Beale Street Blue's Boy's restaurant. Mine match up.

I like mine dry as well.
Just to show off?
Maybe!
A perfect rib is juicy without all that sauce.

Or without all that mustard based Maurice's "Carolina Gold" stuff all over.

If yo want the best chicken and turkey you gotta get one of these
http://www.hollandgrill.com/ I;ve never had a better turkey. The fryer is for fish only now.

IT does a good job on briskets, pork butts, and deer roasts too.But hands down the best chicken and turkeys I have ever had come of that grill.
I don't ever eat bbq when I'm eatin out I'm always disapointed.Yes I've been to the best places in Memphis KC and texas

You mean like a slow smoker?
I don't know about a smoker but I bought my mom one of those infrared grills from HD and i have to say it cooks an excellent steak shes had several years with no problems.

I reccomend the holland its a great all around cooker.I give you my word yo will never want a slow smoked dryass charcoal tastin turkey again. you can even steam crawdads with it.It does excellent ribs.
I still use charcoal for cookin steaks though

Mmm steak. Cattleman's Ranch in Orlando for a porterhouse that you can get lost on.

I like black and blue pittsburgh strips about 2" thick or maybe 3". Crispy tart char and mooing.

When ordering steak in a restaurant - if you like em rare.
When the waitress asks "how would you like it cooked".
"Wipe it's ass & cut it's horns off"
