New toy/tool

Post by randalp3000 »

Just got this for cutting circuit boards. Got tired of using a handheld jigsaw and belt sander and didn't want to wreck my band saw blades. It's not super fast or powerful but makes a very clean cut.

Sweet!

I don't cut that stuff. I just give my dimensions to Ken Watts and he does it for me. If I have an issue, it's shit creek for me. Things are usually fine, though.

I like to narrow mine and use that trim piece for a turret strip for my power tube socket resistors. Also, I might use a piece for bias circuit board. Need to find larger stuff so I can use for cap boards. I could drill my own but... :)
