What year Im guessing the mid 70"s when country was cool to really cool people!!!Mikey Likey that stuff,Miss seeing the real Skynrd Band always regret that.My mom stopped me from going to some concerts when I was 14.
But as I got older I saw a lot,That was when NYC tickets for a great band was like 8 - 12 bucks. The good old Days!

Went on a long trip that included a two week walk on abandoned mine trails through Grand Canyon. We had 4 cassettes. Don't Look Back, Street Survivors, Running on Empty, and an outlaw tape with Waylon all down one side.

:)

Everything got old pretty quick. I think I accidently lost the Boston cassette on purpose around Flagstaff.
Signatures have a 255 character limit that I could abuse, but I am not Cecil B. DeMille.

Not sure if it's common knowledge or not but Waylon was the bass player for the Crickets and gave up his seat on the plane for the big bopper...

Couldn't help it had to post it.Porter is from here.My dad new him some.
In high school we cruised our pickups and hotrods up and down Porter Wagoner Blvd.
I miss seein him in the Christmas parade every year. For a huge superstar he never once forgot where he came from and chose to move back here.
