Charvel Amps Anyone??

Post by PoorOtis »

I lent my grandson a fender prinston a while back, and he traded it off for a Charvel CH200R amp..he said the fender had a bad hum(buzz)after finding out he dropped it several times!! Gee..what a deal!!!!

I know nothing about Charvel amps, and their is not much info on the net pertaining to these amp..the only thing that I found out was they were made between 1993-1996 by Kyowa International Corp,Korea.

It seems to work OK for a small amp...is it worth anything..or just another import style model..????

Any info will help
Respects

Grandchildren are a dime a dozen. Fire him and get a new one who appreciates a Princeton. Unless we're talking about a solid-state Princeton, in which case thank him for not bothering you and taking steps to get a working amp!

Charzel amps solid state intended as an entry level marshall knock off with a build quality similar to gorilla/crate. I believe behgringer reissued them.

Maybe worth $100 for right Craigslist buyer.
