Knife edge files

Hi, I am looking for a good source for a knife edge file. I have one that I scored from an old machinist who had a garage sale and need a backup. Its wedge shaped and very narrow, perfect for starting guitar nuts.

I bought a set of nut files from Warmoth a few years back when they were only $65.....
Now they are $100.

I bought a pack of small files before at Harbor Freight that has a couple needle type files that work good for starting nut slots or for beveling the top of the slot just a bit.

But then again, high quality files are expensive.

Some guys have said there are welding torch cleaning files that will work on nuts but I haven't seen them.

There used to be a guy on eBay that sold files that were made from feeler gauges. But I have read that they don't cut all that well and wear out fast.

I resisted for years but finally broke down and bought the whole set from Warmoth.
Now I can make my own bone nuts but it is time consuming if you haven't done it much before.

There is a guy on eBay that sells bone nut blanks that I use.
