Retirement should be cheaper for you now though get a double stall garage for amp building and playing, add a lean two for living quarters/sleep and enjoy life.

Mark - re-married to a terrific American girl.
The retirement will be 2020 - if I make it that long.
Right now I have half of the basement. Used to have it all...
And I travel often for work.
And I'd realy like to work on my 100W ODS build.
And I'm in a hotel in California...
