Yes were stuck at the house in Birmingham.The most dangerous thing about it are the inexperienced snow drivers! I dont fear the roads,I fear the others on them!

My kids live about 59 miles north and they got 8 inches on the ground last night.

8 INCHES?!!!!!! I don't wanna hear it. Over the Christmas weekend we got 3 feet in NJ! I was stuck in the house for 3 days.

Yea, I'm about done with winter already, I had a bad feeling that this was gonna be a bad winter for us, and it's not disappointing us...

Well its been snow all day heck pretty much all winter!

Now the temperature is suppose to drop to 25 below which is normal for January we have had it easy this winter.

Stop complaining.

Queensland is having seious problems with floods from Rockhampton to Brisbane. NSW is also having floods. According to reports last week the area covered with water is supposed to be bigger than France and Germany put together.

After the drought broad acre farmers had the best crop in a decade only to have it ruined by rain.

The coal mining industry is losing millions of dollars in exports due to the floods.
Western Austraila(Perth) is having trouble with bush fires. They think arson was involved as there was seven fire sources. Several homes have been lost.

So stop winging about a little bit of snow. You get it every year about this time.

Up here in the Great Frozen North in Eastern Ontario Canada, we haven't had a real winter for the last two years. So far all the bad storms seem to be to the south in New York State, or north or west. Temperatures have been mild, and no snow to speak of so far. I'm not complaining.
