The new Tom Petty cd is real hard to take out of the player. I love it when a new album (I said album) comes out and sounds better to me every time I play it. Great guitar stuff.

Yeah, it's called "Mojo". I like it too.

The thing I find kinda weird about it, *to me*, is that I don't care for the first few tracks, which are generally thought to be the "stong ones" nearly as much as the later ones when they seem to get into a swamp bluesy kinda vibe. but yeah, overall, it's a winner!

Thanks for that link. Brings back some memories. I saw them for the first time ~1978 in Philadelphia. The 6 of us that went all got arrested afterwards for underage drinking. Good thing they didn't find the weed. The cops took us right into a court room...judge already there. Fined us like $125 each and sent us on our way. Effin Philly cops.

That's when I realize what a great guitarist Campbell is. Guy knows how to put it in the pocket - rhythm and lead. I think he's one of the most underrated guys around.
