Here's a couple picts of a recent project. There's dwell, the verb has a volume
and tone, and a separate volume for the thru. The tank driver is a SRPP and a coupling cap,
and the recovery is a grounded grid stage, the PS is two 1A 12V PT ,
back to back and a voltage doubler to get around 250 for the B+.

Cool work Andy
What are those two trannies for?
Is the SRPP driver is direct to tank?

Holy Cow!!!
Is that an old file drawer of some type? And what is that cool looking finish on the outside.....?
Pardon my ignorance, but these reverb units, they go in the front of the amp? If so, they are susceptible to any "problems" that time based pedals might have on the front end. You hear a lot of comments about Delay or Verb sounding bad when exposed to a lot of gain or distortion when used in the front of an amp. I have never really heard it myself. Maybe for Blues/Blues Rock we do not generate enough distortion to bother a reveb tank in the front end of an amp.....????
Thanks

Re: verb add on
The two trannies are the power supply, 120:12 to 12:120, 12vac for the fil.,
and the 120 out is doubled to around 250 DC. The SRPP goes to a large (1-5uf) poly wrap,
and then straight to a "F" tank, like an Ampeg.
The box and chassis are hand fabricated. Its a tone modifier, to get that "surf" thing.
Maybe "Ventures-ish" thing... Its a verb in front, I'm assuming clean tone.
Could put it on a loop, with the dwell and separate mix controls.
Taste do change and know that not all things are right for all applications

The fabric is a tradition kimono print from a quilter's fabric store.
I noticed a while back that there was a common quality in most of the
"off brand" consumer music/electronic products from the mid 30's to the mid 60's.
I've been shooting for that, I appreciate the positive comments.
