Attachment problem
I have a hand-drawn layout that I have scanned onto my computer, that I want to add as an attachment to a PM, but I cant get it to work. I click the browse button, find the file and attach it to the PM, then preview the message before sending it. The attachment appears to be there as a "tif", but when you try to open it it doesn't work. What am I doing wrong.
Re: Attachment problem
Can you change it to bitmap or jpeg? Maybe it is too large but that I doubt.

Re: Attachment problem
Now your talking to a 53 year old computer idiot. I have built many computers but fail with software issues terribly.
I first try to save it under files, then if that didn't work I open up my paint option under my photo software and try to change it from there. Sometimes I am lucky but other times you can hear me cussing.

Re: Attachment problem
I hear you! Computers were science-fiction when I was in school. I usually have to wait until my kids come by, and get them to show me.
Re: Attachment problem
Download VuePrint. It will allow you to change the file type. Also Google vueprint serial. It will supply you a serial number to open the package.
I bought and have been using this for years. Nice little program to have around.
