Different Tolex Colors
I've been using tolex from Antique Electronic Supply. My client wants burgundy or green as in "Greenamps".....whoever they are.
Where?
Thanks

I don't know where you'll find green tolex, but I just went to the Greenamps site. From there, I quickly went to the Whiteamps site, then the Redamps site... are you seeing a pattern yet?
No, I'm not joking! One could spin around in circles for hours over there!

Re: Different Tolex Colors
Thanks fellers;
The guy lives in the UK, so first off I had to order a 240V 50hz PT. I just don't plan well you know? I just got ten 120VAC trannys in the shop and then get an order that can't use one. It just occured to me I gotta go with some other pilot light too eh? I wonder what them little neon suckers draw.....dropping resistor.

Re: Different Tolex Colors
"Green Amps" are Matamps with green tolex and name badge.
Matamp was the one that actually made the "Orange Amps"; Orange was the retailer. Yes, there is a joke in there somewhere, LOL.
This is the right color, but is hard to find (in the UK):

BTW, that Greenamp, Whiteamp, etc. guy is the -FORMER- US distributor of UK-made Matamps. They had a big falling out. He's a little loopy.
