hello,anyone know what the tt2/d.o.t.trans?is on this schemo and what its purpose is.i bought this on sleeze bay and it is missing and replaced with a couple of resistors.any thoughts would be great thankx

It's a transformer and it's used as plate load for T2B and as a decoupling stage to low voltage following stages. R23 is a local feedback loop.
Replace TT2DOT with a 100k to supply and a 47n 630v to R24.
If you noticed too much bass, use a 22n, if not enought bass, try 100n.

hey roberto,hooked it up with 100k and .015@600vworks like a charm thank you for your help.now it has kick ass distortion and great bass responce thanks again SLAGG

Happy to feel you satisfied at the first run!
If you want to try to "mesallize" the sound, try a small cap (100 to 470pF) across the 100k.
