Switchable bias?

I'm planning on making a 5E5A type tweed era amp and i wonder if it is possible to switch between fixed bias and cathode bias. If it is, any tips on how to do it.

Here's a good way to implement it. You probably want to change the fixed bias from a balance-type to an adjustable type.
