Great Britain EL84

I have a quad of EL84 tubes that are branded Stromberg Carlson made in Great Britain.Could these be by Mullard? A stamp or other marking I should look for?

Look for production codes etched on the glass near the base; probably one line of three characters above a line of 4 characters.

Round 'smoke hole' in the plates. Etch code beginning with B indicates Blackburn plant.

There were other other 'real' Mullards with rectanbgular holes, but I've only seen those with shield logo.

If you post a clear picture of the plates I can probably identifiy them, I have a dozen different types of EL84 to compare to.
