anyone can tell me what's the use of the white wire and the orange wire on the secondary of the OT?

You are referring to WJ120 and WJ121?

They look to tie into the board on the on page 3 section C7

I'm sure if you looked over the schematic in detail you would find which circuit they tie back to probably a line out.

Thanks selloutrr , if I don't want use this wire (for line output I think!) will be to connect to ground? or twisted pair and insulated it?

cap them off.
