386v on pin 3 and 383v on pin 4. Four years at it and I'm still the newb. Thanks.

I think you mean 386 on the plates & 383 on the screens.

Like I said earlier, it doesn't matter if the screen is the same voltage as, or even a couple of volts higher than, the plate. What you don't want is the screen too much higher than the plate, otherwise it starts to attract too many electrons.
