I agree, it would be perfect for mitered corners.

I've used those Pony band clamps in the past. That's one reason I'm looking at alternatives.

I know maybe I do go overboard a little but I use those clamps one per corner so 8 total and it holds the work so tite and straight. They are great for the larger 212 and 412 cabinet projects and honey do projects.

Ski-do straps, and homemade corner blocks. If your tooling is square you
dont need too much.
