The Reason Bambino is a 7 pin AB I believe. I like it a lot...I think Obeid said that he meant it to be a Strat amp. Try one out if you ever get the chance.

FWIW, I really like what you're doing with the layout. It looks very efficient.

How is this tube vs EL84's for chime?

EL 95 Retro Rocket Finished
Well, I took a little time off to woodshed on the guitar... just me and one pro playing tomorrow.
I finished the EL-95 Rocket last week but it sounded awful. I knew something was wrong but I didn't have time to get back to it until last night. I eventually found that one of the eyelets I put in wasn't making good contact with the PCB trace. All the voltages seemed decent but I finally found it when I recognized that one output tube was hotter than the other.
It sounded really decent although not entirely Rocket like. It had more edge than any of the previous Rockets I've built and was particularly bright and country twang sounding on the bridge pickup of my Strat.
I found a few things on the schematic that I need to update and I'll repost that after I get it updated. Attached are a few photos of the finished amp.
I've got a hand full of these boards left and plenty of 12 inch chassis at a very affordable price if anybody has the inclination to try it...

Re: Low Watter Amp - 7 pin output
I finished this up and put it into a cabinet... now it's road ready for some work.
The speaker is from "Echo" speakers of China. It's a decent sounding alnico magnet unit that keeps the amp lightweight but has a good strong bottom end. In combination with the Rocket circuit this helps the amp sound a lot bigger than it appears.
