To each his own reality.

Living in Argentina, to order such a board means paying International shipping, paying with International credit card which means involving in Foreign Currency exchange, waiting around 2 weeks, and, worst of all, waiting in a queue (about 4 hours) at Customs office for them to find the package, open, inspect and clear it.

So here building it on perfboard or even designing and making a simple iron on transfer PCB is an interesting option.
