Not a bad idea, I got the room for a chassis mounted resistor. What values did you use for an OD or did you just keep it the same as for a general line out? I used 2.6K and 470.
I'm thinking Crocodile Dundee: when someone shows up with their little OD pedal I can pull out my big bottle big OT 5C1 and say, "that's not an overdrive... that's an overdrive!"
