While it's impossible to find off-the-shelf four-gang pots, you can get pretty complex double pole rotary switches that would do the same thing, just not continuously. You could have one position where the grids of one pair are grounded; another grounding out the other pair; and four preset blend settings. The resistor network required might be a bit daunting

may be I don't explained me well

the intention is to use 2 x double ganged pots

1 pot is for el84 and the oter pot is for 6v6

NOT 1 pot for 1 el84 + 1 6v6

so I can give the level independently to el84 tubes and to 6v6 tubes

and can have only a pair of tubes, el84 or 6v6 on

Sometimea happens strange things

We were just speaking about 4 ganged (2 x 2 ganged) pots

I've never seen one (or don't remember to have seen)

Yesterday I received a very old Sansui AU6600 HiFi stereo amp

as to be used for spare parts

Look to the image (not a photo of my amp, only one of the same amp I found into the web)

you can see a 4 ganged (2 x 2 ganged) pot :D

I think is very difficult to have a new one by order

but I was astonished seeing one of that
