Dunno yet. Previous experience with bandsaws indicates that the widest blade turning at the highest speed with snails running the power feed. Spring pressure (feather boards) on the outside of the board before the blade. If it's not too bad the jointer will shape it up, or the planer. There really isn't any way to get a straight cut without a 36" Tannewitz running a 3 inch blade and about 4 hooks an inch.David Root wrote:Wooo! That's a historical artifact! I want to respond to those Craigs list "Free Piano" ads and scavenge the sound board. Make speaker cabinets out of it. Hundred year old spruce ought to know how to vibrate by now. The outside of the piano should make pretty head cabs.

it not that the piano if free, its how much you pay yourself get it out the cellar and into the truck.
