See if you can find the EIA codes on the transformers. This would be a 6 or 7 digit number.

For a 7 digit number, the first 3 are generally the maker, the 4th and 5th digits are the year and the last two are the week of manufacture.

For a 6 digit number first 3 are still the maker, the 4th digit is the year, and the last 2 are the week. You know the decade from context. This amp likely dates from the 60's but I couldn't say as I'm not an Ampeg expert.

Post the code if you find them. Someone is likely to confirm the year for you.

There are also numbers on the pots, and they can also be used to date the amp.

Earliest ones 63(?) used 6V6s and octal preamp tubes.

64-65 used 7591s and octal preamp tubes.

Above had top mounted chassis like a tweed fender.

Later Reverberockets had front panel controls, miniature preamp tubes, some with compactrons.
