Looking for a layout drawing for the gibson ga18 -Please...

The schematic has been posted but I wanted to know if anyone had a layout for it. The GA-18 is a 2-6V6 amp with tremoloand a P10R. It's probably my favorite vintage amp of all time. ( I've had a few)

Got an Explorer to go with yer Explorer?!

Unlike Fender... who believed the layout drawing was as important as the schematic... I haven't seen a GA-18 layout. That's not to say they don't exist, I just havent seen one.

Got a couple hours and a pencil? Pop the back panel off your GA-18, sketch out that silly little narrow tag board and everything on it. Then draw five tube sockets, whatsit? Three pots?... And connect the dots.

For lack of a real GA-18 to draw ('cuz I don't like 'em as much as you do!) I could draw a layout if I had a clear gutshot.

Once you have your GA-18 layout you can post it on Schematic Heaven for posterity.

GA-18T layout

Post by 10thTx »

I've got a layout in an editable ExpressSCH form that I can modify to a Gibby 18 for you to go with the schematic in about 15-20 minutes. I left you a PM with my email address on it.

With respect, 10thtx
