D'lite 22 VOLTAGE ISSUES

My voltages are too high at V1 pin 1 334.7 and pin 6 339. Also too low at V2 pin 1 85.8. I just fired off this one for the first time and would greatly appreciate your time telling me what I can do to correct this. These voltages according to the chart should be just below 200. I am getting sound but no real changes at TMB nor Volume.

Well, something is obviously wired wrong.
Post some pictures of the power supply board (the one with the big caps) so we can see your dropping string.
Make sure your underboard wires are correct.
Make sure you have the grounds from the bypass to the ground buss.
Nice clear, closeup pictures will help.
