I was paging through and old CE-Dist catalog last night and saw this page on cap cans and mounting plates. I don't know if they also offer other parts that you might need, but I'd check to see if CE-Dist can sell you all things made by CE-Manufacturing, even if they aren't in the catalog. If you're not a wholesale account w/CE-Dist there's always their retail arm, AES.
