Help Dating this Two Rock TS-1

Picked up this Two Rock TS-1, Sounds fabulous, but seems like it was either a very early version or has had extensive work. Fender Output transformer, an old Power transformer, No serial number, gooped circuit board, and, oh yeah, no 16 ohm output. Signed by Bill Krinard. Think it might be a very early model. Really no way to tell as there's no serial Number. Hopefully there's a gearhead on here who knows what I'm looking at. Posting my photos below.

Wow, I don't think I've seen a bigger mess in an eyelet board amp. I haven't seen the guts of one, but it looks like a prototype built in a chassis that was on hand. I hear they sound good, and I'm sure their established models are far cleaner in layout. I didn't know anyone still gummed up their designs, maybe just on this prototype.

Looks like those blue filters are from 1986.

Also with all that silicone it looks like Dumble or a copy cat got his hands on it!
