I need a 2k-2.5k to 4,8, and 16 ohm at 40 watts +.
Any ideas? I'm gonna build a Liverpool type with 7551s at about 320VDC

If you read the website, it seems they will wind what you want for a reasonable price. This involves a phone call from what I gather.

Re: OT needed
FWIW, I used an Edcor OT in my Serena prototype and it sounds good and has worked great for over a year of constant use.
However, I also tried two of their PTs (identical units) and one falied. The other I used as a replacement in that amp, and so far it has not come back for warranty.
This has scared me away from Edcor. When I remarked that their mounting ears on their big PT were too weak and they were bending when the unit was shipped, they seemed to have no solution. Well duh, the solution is to use thicker material for the mounting ears!! So I switched transformer vendors and didn't look back. They didn't give me much of a warm fuzzy feeling.
Note this is very small sample anecdotal evidence so YMMV. My amps with Heyboer OTs and Weber PTs have been reliable and sounded fantastic so I don't have any reason to look elsewhere.

Re: OT needed
Just ordered a Heyboer. $86 shipped to my door. I ordered M27 steel like the original trainwrecks. It was less dough actually. Surprised me.
