Komet PT help.
It has been suggested that the power transformer for my Connie Clone should have 250-0-250 or 260-0-260 VAC sec at 250-300ma. Where can I find a transformer like this? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

the tranny used in the trainwreck clones [toneslut tranny] has the ratings your looking for.. I'm sure there are others that would also work.

Wow! Nice job on the pictures. Thanks! Has anyone drawn up a schematic? I don't want to build one, but I'm curious as to what makes it tick.

from a simplified topography perspective, it's essentially 2 tweed champ pre amp channels (each using a different preamp tube type and voiced much differently and with a mod or two for gain and tone variations)--blendable, feeding a standard ac30 style power section (ss rect)-----that's pretty much it. heaters run on dc. rhbluefireamps wrote:Wow!
