Wow that's quite a build, lots of stuff in there.

You've got B+ the power supply tap, you got the bias tap, you got the heater tap off the Classic Tone PT that you've chossen. The tricky part I see is that 6 volt supply to drive some kind of SS device that must be doing some switching or whatever.

Maybe you should get a seperate supply for that 6 volts, do you know it's current rating? You could hook it into the 120 supply and then run that to you SS connections. If the current is low it could be something as small as a wall wart supply.

In theory, theory is the same as practice. In practice it's different.

OMFG! This is not that complicated!!!

Mapping from Ceriatone layout PT to Classic Tone 40-18073
High voltage
Ceriatone 345-0-345
Classic Tone 325-0-325 Red-Red/Yellow-Red
Note: B+ will be lower than with 345-0-345.

Bias
Ceriatone 60-0
Classic Tone 50 Red/Green (the 0 is taken care of by the Red/Yellow above)
Note: The lower bias supply voltage may require adjustment to the bias circuit.

Filament Supply
Ceriatone 3.15-0-3.15
Classic Tone 3.15-0-3.15 green-Green/White-Green

Relay Supply
Ceriatone 6-0
Classic Tone 5-0 Yellow-Yellow
Note: 5VAC may not produce enough voltage for the 12V regulator to function properly.

Shield
Ceriatone E
Classic Tone SS orange

Use 5v relays and a voltage doubler for the relay ps. The 7805 is rated to max 35 VDC at the input so you are fine there.
