CTS Pot codes
I've got some CTS Pots with #'s 137942 and 77-001-367. I thought CTS pots had a 7 digit code of 137xxxx with last two digits representing the week and the middle digits representing the year. I'm inclined to think that these pots are from the 42nd week of 1959. They came from an old Bogen M330 cathode biased 2x6l6 amp. Can anyone confirm this for me? Thanks.

Re: CTS Pot codes
I can confirm that 137 is the CTS IEC manufacturer code, 942 is year-week-week, so you have to guess the decade. I'd guess the other number is some CTS internal reference part and or lot number.
Re: CTS Pot codes
Well, Bogen is still in business. It may be a long shot. If you have the amp and it has a serial number, you might be able to contact them and find out the year it was made. You have the model number, and that might be enough info without the serial number.

The M330 was made beginning in 1959.

Thanks for the help, I'd say they're form '59.
