I want to put all new sockets in my Twin.
Does anybody know where I can get some quality ceremic sockets that will fit directly into a 1974 Fender chassis?

Re: Socket Supplier Question
Lord Valve has one, if you have his Parts catalog. If not I can PM it to you. Good price too. "Identical mounting flange, with relieved spaces to accomodate the Fender-style "beartrap" tube clamps".

Re: Socket Supplier Question
I like the ones at http://www.tubedepot.com/
I just ordered some Monday and they delivered Thursday.
But FYI not all ceramic sockets are sized the same. I used a different source and had to buy another hole saw because the diameter was different on the 9-pin bases from what I had bought previously. Not a big deal but when you have to make another trip to the hardware store when your soldering iron is hot.....

Re: Socket Supplier Question
Tube sockets in general, not only ceramic, are a dimensional minefield. Not only do you have sloppy metric to inch conversions with the Asian stuff, even the NOS USA stuff varies by sixteenths to eighths.
I won't buy unless I know the socket ID, the mounting hole IDs and mounting centers and/or centers range.
Then you can get bad info on mounting position, below/above chassis too.
