Dumble-ator bleeder resistor

I noticed there is no bleeder resistor on this circuit. Is there any particular reason why?

I am going to install a 220k. I am using four rail caps for a total of 160u. In figuring the time constant for this, do I use the full 160u or just each 33u or 47u cap?

1 x 220k 2W on the reservoir cap only will be fine for draining everything quickly.

I'm using the allyn tp2x tranny, if i recall the item number correctly. I looked in my stash and have a 330k 2w. I have two 47u caps first, instead of one like on the schemo. So i have an extra layer of filtering, then the two 33u. I am going to tie the first two 47u negatives together to ground. It goes:

47u/1k5/47u/2k7/33u/100k/33u

I plan to hang the 330k off the 47u/2k7 junction.

It will still work if you put it with one of the other filter caps

Yea, that's where it fits on my board though...the last two will discharge through the 2k7...
