who makes the CE dist no-brand transformers ?

Fender replacement transformers o nthe CE dist site, who makes them? Anybody know for sure?

reverb driver
output trannies
etc.

?

I thought I read magnetic components made them.Could be wrong though

I have one of their "Fender" chokes lying around; the code is 989: Marvel Electric in Chicago. No guarantee that vendor supplied the other iron, tho.

Magnetic Components, which is the same as Marvel based out of Chicago. You can get them cheaper from Triode Electronics IIRC.
