How much wire goes in to your builds?

I'm curious as to how much wire ya'll use in your builds. I'm finding that I using over 22ft of wire much of the time. Dang, I must be build small intestines! :-) Anyway...

I've never done anything scientific, but I have always figured it's around 12-15'. I cut my wire very close to the required length so I have very little waste. The advantage of being an amateur is that I can take as much time as I like. I cut each bit of wire for it's intended placement after the board is installed.

If I were in a resale production environment, I'd probably use close to twice that amount because I'd attach wire to the board before I put it in the chassis.

Ron I can see that 22 feet would be reasonable especially the pair of filament wires they alone use up a lot.

Charge the customer double to make up for the high cost. :)
