On the EH150 schematic,it doesnt show what to do with the diodes in the tube.Do these need to be grounded?

Pins 4 & 5 6SQ7, the detector plates, are shorted to the cathode to minimize interference.

Pin 1 is grounded to a tab bolted with the tube socket mounting screw.

Per tube data sheet the diodes are pin 4 & 5 which are the detector plates.
